Template Policy

BY PURCHASING ONE OF MY SQUARESPACE TEMPLATES YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Due to the digital nature of the product, all template purchases are non-refundable.

• You may not claim the designs as your own.

• You may not share the digital artwork or tutorial access with additional people.

• You may not resell work created from our resources in a way that is seen to compete directly with the original product (i.e. repackaging the design and reselling it as a Squarespace template).

• Copyright to all designs belongs to The Rising.

• One template purchase includes one template install. Template install is manual work that includes transferring the template ownership to you. You may use one template to build one website for your client or yourself. You may only duplicate the template’s pages inside one website.

• Template support means informational support via email. Template support doesn’t include custom work (i.e. modifying the template to fit your brand).

• All images inside the template belong to their respective owners. You are expected to remove and replace demo content with your own, unless you have purchased an image add-on.

• All custom fonts require a separate license which will be included in your final package, if you choose a font add-on.
